SGH provided construction oversight and field engineering support to verify that the design construction meets the structural design intent. We reviewed the shop drawings for the steel and concrete structures and resolved construction issues by responding to information requests, field change notices, and design change notices issued by construction staff. We reviewed the concrete specification, mix design, and testing and welding procedures.
